Requires a DOCSIS 3.0 cable modem. Speed may vary due to customer equipment.
DOCSIS 1.1 & 2.0 modems are only capable of legacy speeds of 3/10/15 Mbps. Existing customers please
call for details on upgrading to a DOCSIS 3.0 modem.

Residential 500 minute plan.

Promotional pricing valid for first six (6) months of service and requires a one (1) year commitment. If service is terminated prior to the end of the 12th
month of service an early termination fee of $50 will apply and Net-Venture will be authorized to charge your
account accordingly. Promotional pricing is for new customers only. To be considered a new customer, you must not have had service with Net-Venture within the past six (6) months.

Modem rental requires small refundable deposit. Deposit can be waived with verifiable employment.

- One Internet connection. A router is required if customer desires additional devices to connect to the Internet.

Very Important: Please note at the time of install or data jack move, we need someone who is over 18
to be present. If you decide to cancel, you must give us 24 hour notice or a no show fee of $49 will be
automatically assessed. Again cancellations or reschedules at the door incur a $49.00 fee and you don't
want that!
